This site serves several purposes.

The main purpose is to showcase projects with which Michael is currently involved.  In 2001 Michael
and long-time friend and colleague Jonathan Myers founded an entity known as Ambition Studios,
through which they not only published their own work, but also sought to support, encourage, and
inspire other artists and creators in their own endeavors. Ambition later evolved into the present
Whimsical Entertainment group of artists, and numerous projects are currently in production.  As the
studio grows, these artists intend on assisting other aspiring creators and storytellers to bring their
own projects to fruition.  As a brotherhood of artists, they provide encouragement and support for one
another's projects.

Michael is currently involved in various capacities with numerous projects, which are listed in the left
sidebar for ease of browsing. In addition for projects produced under Whimsical Entertainment, he is
the chief designer on a card game based on Tom Kidd's masterwork Gnemo, produced by Bawn
Shaunts Design Studio, founded by artist Mark Ryberg. Michael is also developing two book projects of
his own: Sketches from the Cradle, an examination of the virgin birth of Jesus the Messiah, and
Selah: The Eternal Song, a project devoted to the Biblical book of Psalms.

He also serves as web designer for both Whimsical Entertainment and Bawn Shaunts Design Studio.

A lesser purpose for this site is to showcase some of the work which Michael has done in the past,
which is sectioned into the following categories: Illustration, Graphic Art, Graphic Design, Fine Art,
and Photography.

He also does work-for-hire. If you are looking to have a work of art done, or would like to contract him
for graphic design services, please visit that section of this site or contact him directly for further
information.

Finally, this site serves to introduce the artist and allow visitors to get to know more about him and
his passions.
